| I.P Abstract & Summary | The invention reveals a two-tier vanity. The two-tier vanity comprises: a cabinet; an upper vanity unit positioned on top of the cabinet and exposed to the outside; a lower vanity unit positioned inside the cabinet for the option of pushing into the cabinet when not in use and pulling out of the cabinet when in use; pipes connected to the upper and lower vanity units; and cold and hot water pipes connected to the upper vanity unit. Control is made to regulate one or more types of water supply and shut-off for the upper or lower vanity unit and the amount and temperature of water available by the operation of a lever of a faucet fitted to the upper or lower vanity unit, thereby controlling the type of water supply available. |
