The present invention relates to a portable roaster that facilitates portability and handleability. The technical point of the present invention relates to a portable roaster to be used when enjoying outdoor cooking or camping, and, more specifically, the portable roaster (set) can be changed to have the shape of one briefcase so as to be carried easily by a user, a windscreen, an up and down transport part, a charcoal plate, and a grill are accommodated inside the body of the portable roaster so that meat can be immediately barbecued outdoor through a simple assembly, handleability is also very good since storage of the portable roaster in a vehicle or a warehouse is convenient, and the portable roaster has high usability since the cover thereof serves as a table. Herein, the charcoal plate of the portable roaster is moved upward and downward by user manipulation, and thus the height of the charcoal plate can be adjusted so that meat does not burn. |
